How do I restore my purchases?
In Calm Brush, go to Settings > Purchases > Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase. If you continue to have issues, please contact us with your order number.
What's included in the premium version?
Premium unlocks additional brush styles, advanced kanji sets, unlimited practice sessions, progress sync across devices, and removes all ads. You also get early access to new language packs.
Is Calm Brush available on Android?
Currently, Calm Brush is exclusive to iOS, iPadOS, and watchOS. We're exploring Android development for the future. Join our mailing list to be notified when Android support becomes available.
How does the Apple Watch companion app work?
The Apple Watch app provides quick kanji review sessions, breathing exercises between practice, and gentle reminders for mindful learning moments. It syncs automatically with your iPhone/iPad progress.
When will other languages be available?
We're actively developing Arabic and Korean versions, expected in Q2 2025. Hebrew, Farsi, and Tibetan are planned for later in 2025. Premium users get early access to new language packs.
Can I use Calm Brush offline?
Yes! Once downloaded, all core features work offline. Only progress syncing and new content downloads require an internet connection. Perfect for mindful practice anywhere.
How can I report a bug?
Please use the contact form above and select "Bug Report" as the subject. Include your device model, iOS version, and steps to reproduce the issue. Screenshots are helpful if you can attach them.
Is my progress data private?
Absolutely. We take privacy seriously. Your practice data is stored locally on your device and only synced to your private iCloud account if you enable sync. We never sell or share your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
